Title: The Fault in our Stars
Author: John Green

Summary: 16 year-old Hazel Grace Lancaster continues to live with cancer everyday, although a miracle drug has halted the spreading of disease for now. Tethered to an oxygen tank, Hazel Grace meets 17 year-old Augustus Waters, who is in remission, at a cancer support group.  This book is their epic love story.

Rating: 5/5 Stars

Review: …Ok, first of all that brief summary doesn’t even scratch the surface of the greatness that is John Green. How he can get into the mind of a 16-year-old girl with cancer is beyond me. And when Augustus and Hazel interact, it’s incredible.

I want to tell you SO much more, but I won’t. TFiOS is something you have to experience yourself. As the book states:

“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.”

That’s exactly how I feel about TFiOS. This book will make you laugh, cry, and drain a few highlighters (I bought the hard copy of this book and highlighted all of my favorite quotes… trust me, you’ll want to do the same).

A few of my favorite quotes from the book in pretty graphics and typography:

Seriously, go read it now!
